CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment in advance: Appointments are paid in advance at the time of booking. This payment guarantees the availability of the service for the date and time selected. Punctuality is requested, please check in a couple of minutes before your appointment if possible, so that we can start at the scheduled time.
Rescheduling your appointment for another time: You can reschedule your appointment free of charge up to one hour before the scheduled appointment time. To do so, look for the email you received confirming the appointment. On the right-hand side you will see the option: Do you wish to reschedule the appointment? Choose in the calendar the date and time that suits you best from the available slots.
Free cancellation: The application allows you to cancel the appointment at no additional cost up to one hour before the scheduled time.
